Canadian middleweight boxer Sebastien Demers (20-0-0 9KOs) ranked 15th for the IBF since december 2006 learned yesterday that he was now also ranked 15th for the WBA. The Armenian "King Arthur" Abraham (22-0-0 17KOs), IBF middleweight champion, and Spanish WBA champion Javier Castillejo(62-6-0 41KOs) are now both possible opponents fro Demers who is aiming for a title shot this year.





Sebastien knows he is on top of the list for the optional title defense of Abraham on april 21st of this year. Both negociators from Abraham and Demers clan have confirmed that he is the one that will fight Arthur on that night if he decides to take that optional defense, but he might also just wait for the second Miranda fight that is apparently scheduled for july of this year. King Arthur will confirm if he will take his optional defense next week.
