During the two-day period of Friday, January 31 and Saturday, February 1, ten men ranked by TTR as being among the best curently fighting in their respective weight classes were in action. Eight, Shakeel Phinn, Adam Azim, Callum Simpson, David Benavidez, Stephen Fulton, Isaac Cruz, Jesus Ramos, and Fiodor Czerkaszyn, registered victories while two, David Morrell and Brandon Figueroa, were defeated (by Benavidez and Fulton respectively).

- This bout was fought for Morrell's WBA World light heavyweight title and Benavidez' WBC Interim World light heavyweight title.
- Benavidez landed approximately twice as many punches as Morrell did but Morrell scored the bout's only knockdown. He decked Benavidez late in round 11.
- Morrell also had one point deducted for hitting Benavidez after the bell sounded ending the eleventh round.
- Benavidez won by the scores of 118-108, 115-111, and 115-111.

Featherweight Bout-
