During the four-day period of Wednesday, December 28 through Saturday, December 31, three fighters ranked by TTR as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action. #2 ranked junior bantamweight Kazuto Ioka fought to a draw with Joshua Franco, #11 ranked junior flyweight Miel Fajardo won in "blink and you missed it" fashion as a flyweight, and #12 ranked junior featherweight Mike Plania stayed active with a quick victory.
