During the three-day period of Thursday, June 23 through Saturday, June 25, six bouts featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings took place. The winners of those bouts were Seiya Tsutsumi, Erik Bazinyan, Albert Ramirez, Leandro Jose Blanc, Angelino Cordova, and Sam Eggington.


Thursday, June 23, 2022-

Bantamweight Bout-
Seiya Tsutsumi (6-0-2, 5 KOs)

Kyosuke Sawada (15-3-2, 6 KOs)
- This bout was fought for Sawada's Japanese bantamweight title.
- Tsutsumi, who was fighting for the first time since his 10-round, majority decision draw with Daigo Higa on October 26, 2020, floored Sawada in round 2.
- Sawada beat the referee's count. Although he fought back valiantly, the defending champion was trailing by the scores of 48-46, 49-45, and 50-44 after five rounds.
- The sixth round was action-packed with both fighters landing frequently. Tsutsumi's power, however, gave him the edge. The challenger's power advantage allowed him to dominate the seventh frame and eventually stop Sawada in round 8.
