During the two-day period of Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, six bouts featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's ranings took place. The winners of those significant contests were Ryo Miyazaki, Rafael Pedroza, Samuel Salva, Krzysztof Glowacki, Yvan Mendy, and Austin "Ammo" Williams.

- Miyazaki weighed in at 112; Sakae at 111.
- The scores were 78-74, 77-75, and 77-75.
- After a 5-year absence from the ring, Miyazaki, a former WBA World minimumweight champion, returned last December with a TKO-3 win over journeyman Takayuki Teraji. This was the second bout of his comeback.
