On Friday, December 24, TTR #4 ranked light heavyweight contender Maxim Vlasov scored a decisive victory over former contender Felix Valera and during the three-day period of Wednesday, December 22 through Friday, December 24, three bouts featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings took place. The winners of those bouts were Garen Diagan, Albert Batyrgaziev, and Khariton Agrba.

- Vlasov floored Valera three times- once in round 2 and twice in round 4.
- Valera committed numerous infractions including rabbit punches and low blows which led to him being penalized one point in round 8.
- The scores were 99-87, 100-86, and 100-86.
- Vlasov retained the Eurasian Boxing Parliament light heavyweight title.

- This non-title bout was highly anticipated. Diagan, who once held the Philippines Boxing Federation light flyweight title, has over wins Arvin Magramo and Jerry Francisco while OPBF Silver flyweight champion Abne, whose title was, obviously, not at stake, has wins over Ronel Sumalpong and Bienvenido Ligas.
- Diagan, whose only loss came in his fourth pro bout when he dropped a six-round decision to Marco John Rementizo, decked Abne three times to bring their showdown to an abrupt and shocking conclusion.

Franklin Manzanilla (20-8, 19 KOs)
- 2020 Olympic Gold Medalist Batyrgaziev dropped Manzanilla twice in round 4. Manzanilla's corner signalled for the referee to stop the bout after the second knockdown.
- Batyrgaziev, whose WBO Europe featherweight title was not at stake, won the vacant IBF European and vacant Eurasian Boxing Parliament featherweight titles.

Junior Welterweight Bout-
Khariton Agrba (7-0, 4 KOs)

Petr Petrov (42-7-2, 23 KOs)
- The 38-year-old Petrov entered the bout riding a modest 4-bout winning streak.
- After dominating the first two rounds, Agrba dropped Petrov in round 3. Petrov beat referee Victor Panin's count but was in no condition to continue.
- Agrba won the vacant IBF European junior welterweight title.
