The Transnational Boxing Rankings Board's latest rankings- those based on fights held through November 13, 2021- were posted on the TBRB's website November 15, 2021. There were changes to the rankings of the junior middleweight, featherweight, and junior featherweight divisions.

Since then, he scored a first round knockout win over Thomas LaManna to win the vacant WBA "regular" world middleweight title (5/1/21) and has vacated both his WBA "regular" world super welterweight title and his IBO world super welterweight title.)

- #4 ranked Tony Harrison last won on 12/22/18 (UD 12 over Jermell Charlo). Since then, he's lost to Charlo (12/21/19; KO-11) and fought to a 12-round, split decision draw with Bryant Perrella on 4/17/21.
- #5 ranked Jeison Rosario last won on 1/18/20 (TKO-5 over Julian Williams). Since then, he's lost to Jermell Charlo (9/20/20; KO-8) and Erickson Lubin (6/26/21; KO-6) and has announced he'll be moving up to the middleweight division (where he is already ranked #10 by the WBA).
