During the two-day period of Friday, May 14 and Saturday, May 15, five fighters ranked by TTR as being among the best currently campaigning in their respective weight classes were in action. Three, Michael Cieslak, Brandin Figueroa, and Daniel Roman, won and two, Yury Kashinsky and Luis Nery, lost (to Cieslak and Figueroa respectively).

- The scores were 97-93, 98-92, and 98-92. One judge gave Roman the third round and the last six while other two judges gave Roman the last eight rounds.
- Hall of Famer Steve Farhood of Showtime had it 97-93 for Roman agreeing that Roman had won round 3 and the last six frames of the contest.
- I scored the bout for TTR's Main Page and had Roman the winner, 98-92. Like two of the judges, I gave Espinoza the first two rounds and gave the rest to Roman.
