TKO-1 2:10
James Tennyson (WBA #5, WBO #6, WBA #7, IBO #10, IBF #13; 28-4, 24 KOs)
- The heavy underdog Straffon, a 27-year-old southpaw ranked #56 by the IBO, decked Tennyson, also 27, with a jarring right hook.

- Note: Cota had been ranked #12 by the WBA until their April 2021 ratings were published on April 30.
- Fundora cut, hurt, and punished the very game veteran.
- Referee Ray Corona stopped the bout with Cota still on his feet.
- Fundora was awarded a KO victory as per California State Athletic Commission rules.

Abel Ramos (WBA #9, IBO #11; 27-4-2, 21 KOs)
