Pictured: Stephen "Cool Boy Steph" Fulton, Jr.

On Saturday, January 23, TTR #10 ranked Stephen Fulton, Jr. unanimously outpointed TTR #6 ranked Angelo Leo to win the WBO World junior featherweight title. In addition, during the two-day period of Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23, two bouts featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings took place. Those bouts were won by Kosuke Saka and Ra'eese Aleem.

In case you missed them like I did, I've also posted the results of two somewhat significant bouts held over a month ago. In one, TTR #10 ranked super flyweight Israel Gonzalez unanimously outpointed veteran journeyman Samuel Gutierrez while in the other, world-ranked Daniel Valladares suffered another upset defeat, this time losing by decision to Mario Gutierrez.
