Pictuted: Hironori Mishiro who moved up to the lightweight division to outpoint Masayuki Ito


On Saturday, December 26, two fighters ranked by TTR as being among the Top 15 of their respective weight classes were in action. One, Japanese light flyweight champion Masamichi Yabuki, won bu unanimous decision, while the other, former WBO World junior lightweight champ Masayuki Ito, lost by a majority verdict.

In addition, also on the 26th, one bout featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings took place. That bout was won emphatically by Juan Macias Juanito" Montiel.
