TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- August 1- Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and Angelo Leo Win

On Satuday, August 1st, two fighters ranked by the participating members of TTR as being among the best currently fighting in their respective weight classes were in action. Both, former two-time WBC World super flyweight champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (birth name: Wisaksil Wangek), a former lineal, Transnational Boxing Rankings Board, and Ring Magazine World junior bantamweight champ, and legitimate Top Ten junior featherweight contender Angelo Leo, won their bouts.

In addition, Raeese Aleem won a bout featuring two fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings.

- Ruenroeng started quickly and won the early rounds. Sor Rungvisai took over in the fifth round and swept the last six frames.
- The scores were 97-94, 96-93, and an overly generous 99-91.

- Williams, who originally was scheduled to fight Raeese Aleem (see below) in a WBA title eliminator, was a late replacement. Leo had been slated to fight Stephen Fulton (WBO #1, WBC #7, The Ring #9, TTR #11, IBF #15; 18-0, 8 KOs) for the vacant WBO title. Fulton had to drop out after testing positive for COVID-19.
- Leo won by the scores of 117-111, 118-110, and 118-110.
