Heck you are still a young buck, fix your back it is a vital part of the body, just remember "The Lord" put a few extra muscles in the legs for good reason.

Severe as in I can't bend, when I sneeze it hurts so bad I want to cry, and I can't touch my chin to my chest. Hell, I can barely look down at all.

Happened when I was throwing a punch at the gym last Saturday. Hurt like a bitch for a few days, then by Wednesday I thought I'd just gut it out---went jogging, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. Huge mistake. Since then it's been intolerable--no comfortable position and my only respite comes at night when I "sleep" (thank you, Vicodin).
