Aaaaannd... I'm done with Danny Ainge.

Oladipo and Sabonis were enough for George but Danny couldn't make it happen with all of his assets??? Even if it was just a rental, pull the damn trigger...

Meanwhile, a source told ESPN's Jeff Goodman that the Celtics offered three first-round picks -- they did not include the Brooklyn Nets' pick in 2018 or the Los Angeles Lakers/Sacramento Kings pick -- and two starters (Jae Crowder being one) for George on draft night but were rejected.

the east gets worse and worse

Option 1: Get eliminated in the first round

Option 2: Get eliminated in the first round AND watch George walk after 1 season

Haven't seen you post in a while. And kidding by the way. OKC has a legit shot at the #2 team in the west

George is overrated. I see Westbrook having another season of triple-doubles, with a side of frustration from 30 losses.

Ending with a delicious dessert of disappointment at the hands of the #6 team in the West.

Nene Hilario's deal changed to 3 years, $10.9 million due to some ridiculous "old age" rule.

David West re-signs with the Warriors for one year at the vet minimum.

The Rockets have signed Chinese player Zhou Qi (2016 draft, pick #43) to a contract. No terms, stated only as "multi-year".

Zhou is listed as 7'2" and is said to be an excellent rebounder and shot blocker with the ability to nail the three. He is also 215 pounds.

I swear we've heard this song before...

But something has to be said for a team, if they make it out of the battle-tested West. There are arguable 4 teams in the West, better or just as good as the Cavs. Any team that comes out of the West, won't be in awe of anything coming out of the East.

Look how much better the Cavs were than the rest of the East...and they damn near got swept out of the finals. The gap is HUGE.
