The WBO's October 2019 rankings- as of October 22, 2019- were posted on the WBO's website October 22, 2019.

There is only one new #1 contender- Albert Pagara at junior featherweight. Previous #1 contender, Marlon Tapales, who is scheduled to fight for the vacant IBF interim title, is no longer ranked.

Another interesting change is that Marcelo Esteban Coceres, ranked #10 at 160 last month, is now ranked #10 at 168. He is scheduled to challenge for the WBO World super middleweight title on November 9.
