Who Wins & How? USYK vs FURY
Who Wins & How? USYK vs FURY
I thought Usyk would defeat Joshua and Fury and I still think he will. After that he is limited for opposition besides dodging bombers for 12. Maybe a Wladimir comeback... huge to get funds for the cause

Re: Next for Usyk
I think he Likely Retires.......simply giving the response after the Joshua fight of he only will fight again For Fury......What more can he do? Undefeated undisputed Cruiserwight Champion, Undefeated undisputed Heavyweight Champion(assuming he beats Fury for the WBC).....He is 35 Currently....

not enough to generate a payday for Usyk
Banks allude to a possible Wlad comeback... thats why I thought about it.

Re: Next for Usyk
Sanchez isn't even close to being in the picture, Usyk will be looking at Fury, not a guy barely in the top 15 with little to offer. Even you just refer to him as some guy from Cuba lol

Re: Next for Usyk
He beat that Nigerian guy Effe what's his name that was supposed to be the next super star flasher. Wasn't Sanchez on tap to fight Ortiz before Hammer got signed? From the sound of things it won't be to long before he's in the mix. They both are considered to be technical ring generalship fighters

Re: Next for Usyk
Usyk is a unified champ and 35, he's looking just for the biggest fight and said as much. An undercard fighter with next to no drawing power isn't going to be on his radar. It's a nothing fight for earnings and legacy.
Sanchez is just another guy in the top 20

Re: Next for Usyk
Just throwing a name out there, Usyk would seam to be without a dance partner tho if Suleiman has his way Wilder could wind up fighting in some tournament or an eliminator for the vacant WBC.

Re: Next for Usyk
Doesn't matter what happens with the belt, Usyk-Fury is still the biggest one out there, the top two guys. There is talk that it's already in the works for December.

Re: Next for Usyk
That would be as big as it can get if he unretires. Did they actually brand Usyk as the current lineal champ?

Will be a very interesting bout for sure. I can see many possibilities.

See what can happen if you haven’t got to ask Al Haymon for permission

Re: Fury, Usyk Agree To Fight Next Without Interim-Bouts
Usyk if he doesn't let himself hit too much like in some previous fights can win rather easy with superior speed, footwork and evasive upper body placement/movement.
When Usyk announced he'd turn pro I thought he'd beat all of them. It's going to happen IMO. Usyk is a hell of a fighter

I favor Fury here…..one of the most significant fights of my life this far as a fan of boxing….almost does not feel real that we are gonna have a undefeated undisputed heavyweight champion

Fury-Usyk off
Why am I not surprised? Not sure what else needs to be done. Usyk agreed to the purse, date, and location. What the hell else is he supposed to give up?

Re: Fury-Usyk off
Update: Looks like the disagreement is over a potential rematch clause. Usyk wants 70-30 in his favor should he be the winner of the 1st fight. Fury's team wants 50-50 and the fight and date still in England.
