Re: Joyce vs Parker, Mahkmudov vs Takem Set.
Yeah I'm slightly intrigued although Takam needs to work on the inside to be effective and Mak will make hem pay to get in there.
Will be interesting to see what tools make will use on the inside beside holding.
I expect Takam will be brutalized here

That's tonight if anyone interested. It's on ESPN 3 Latino or a fortune on ppv
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam •LIVE•
Anyone know how long till Mak-Takam starts?
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam •LIVE•
Makhmudov trying to set up the huge right uppercut. Takam having his best round in round 3
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam •LIVE•
Makhmudov having success putting the left forward but throwing the straight right and its working. But the KO shot will most likely be the right uppercut with Takam bent forward... face first KO.

Makhmudov VS Takam is in a TINY ring
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam •LIVE•
Makhmudov in control. KD in round 1 & 7. Right is landing pretty easily. He is talking Takam at low once not pushing anything. Takam had some good moments from round 3 working harder but missing with wild shots.

Mak won it clearly for me but not impressive. Way too easy to hit and Takam's herky jerk style and rushes had him befuddled at times. The power and length with the right hand made the difference in a competitive fight.
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam •LIVE•
Without the 7th round KD, Makhmudov probably ends in a MDraw

Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam Friday
Speaking of Takam, he beat up Tony Yoka today. Somehow only won a split, despite bossing the fight and winning 8-2 for me (others had it 10-0), but at least the right man won. 42 year old and still fighting well.
He's one of these guys you see around so much you start to get a bit tired of him, but he earns his way back into decent fights. Might be a good test for Jared Anderson if JA can deal with Arias in style.

Yeah I was shocked to see the results….did stoke look gun shy from his previous loss?

Ya Yoka was totally spooked. Went backwards all fight and was afraid to engage, meanwhile Takam was full of confidence and bossed him around.
I don't think Yoka can beat a top 25 fighter. If he's going to continue, he'll need to feast on guys in the lower half of the top 100, pad his record with some wins, and then hope to land a cash out. A rematch with Joyce might still be sellable due to their amateur history.

Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam Friday
Yoka has no future in boxing. After this anemic performance against Takam, I probably should de-rate Bakole’s performance, which at the time impressed the hell out of me.
Re: Mahkmudov vs Takam Friday
For Ioka to be taken seriously now, he needs to get out of France and this Canal+ pillow he is on with his wife
