I think the postponment will have benefited Whyte... he was winning before getting KTFO... His chin is not the best but IMO it holds and wins a decision this time!

By most accounts Povetkin had a struggle with COVID. His legs were already getting shaky before, I think this time he gets stopped early.

I'd have to favor Whyte this time. Povetkin always has that puncher's chance, but I think Whyte will be able to endure this time, and avoid getting caught. I suspect Whyte will be very cautious as he knows if he loses this one that pretty much closes the door forever on his long coveted title shot opportunity so he'll fight as if he absolutely HAS to win this one. Which he does for the sake of his career.

Whyte by decision is most likely, but Whyte stopping Povetkin isn't out of the question either. Povetkin getting him by KO again is a long shot I'd imagine.

What do you think the odds will be this time? I might put a little money on Whyte if the odds are close.

Povetkins Punch resistance has been on the Slide for a While....Whyte will be my Pick but he Also Suffered a pretty brutal KO not long ago in the first fight.....Covid Likely has Hurt Povetkins stamina aswell id imagine....

I lean towards Whyte as he was on his way to a KO victory before getting clipped himself. Povetkin is also 41 years old. Win or lose, Povetkin has had a hell of a career.

I gotta go with Whyte also. He’s going to be a lot more cautious this time. I think if Whyte doesn’t get tired, a big IF, he wins a fairly one sided fight.

He was pretty cautious last time. The KO didn't come when he was going all out or anything like that, it was just a momentary defensive lapse, to a punch he's been vulnerable to, and that was that.

But I think Pov will be a weakened version of the guy from the first fight, whose legs were already pretty shaky.

Whyte is wide open for that shot on a regular as stated. Can't really call that a lapse. Big Beetlejuice needs to keep Povetkin on the outside and the end of his shots or he can get caught again. If he hurts Povetkin, he will probably try to be more aggressive and do what he couldn't last time, although that wouldn't be the intelligent choice. This is when he will be wide open. Covid might have the final say so.

I’m not sure how he lost the first time the way he was in control. Only problem with knockouts is they’re hard to come back from.

Another pretty good fight on DAZN and there were some good ones last weekend. I just wish Ruiz was signed with them. I love watching that fat kid fight but Arreola/Ruiz is less PPV worthy than Whyte/Povetkin 2

The number of fighters who took an immediate rematch following a KTFO loss and won must be pretty low.

Usually they tale a rematch too soon before their brain recovers. Whyte had a long time in between, was winning handily, is younger too

My head says Whyte, but I'm gonna be rooting for another 1 shot KO from Povetkin again. That was a thing of beauty.

Obviously there have been stoppages where the rematch goes the other way but has there been a knock out cold that goes the other way?

Povetkin needs to hook up with Dillian's plug. From the looks of him I'd say his shit is getting stepped on.
