With the way the Mexican commission is ruling all these fights No Contest. I'll be watching no more Boxing cards from Mexico during this Covid shit.
Hell it would mean more to watch 2 drunks beat each other up in your backyard than to watch a Pro boxing match that doesn't go down as an official win or loss.
The Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission (Comision de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.) refused to sanction the bouts because of the current COVID-19 policy of the city government. Other local commissions in Mexico have sanctioned recent bouts. BoxRec lists the Mexico City bouts as "No Contests" while most news services list the announced results as the results.
To make matters more confusing, the Mexico City commission is a member of FECOMBOX (Federacion de Comisiones De Box De La Republica Mexicana A. C.), a member commission of the WBC. Both recent Mexico City cards were fought under the banner of the WBC.
It should also be noted that there was no action taken by the Mexico City commission or the Mexico City government to prevent these cards from taking place except for not sanctioning them.
