As the buzz continues to grow surrounding International Boxing Hall of Fame Induction Weekend, the June 7th card at Turning Stone Resort Casino, proudly presented by JOE DEGUARDIA'S STAR BOXING is excited to announce that three titles and significant rankings are now at stake.
In the main event, 6-time world champion ZAB "SUPER" JUDAH (44-9 30KO's) is set to take on New York knockout artist, CLETUS "THE HEBREW HAMMER" SELDIN (23-1 19KO's), in a bout that has the boxing world ready for fireworks.
Both New York born fighters will be taking their shot at the NABA Super Lightweight Title in a 12-round bout. Judah enters this fight as a winner of his last two, by TKO and unanimous decision, respectively.
Judah's illustrious career includes an opponent list of elite boxing talent. With his eyes now set on a victory on June 7th, Judah hopes that it will lead to a super lightweight world title challenge in the near future.
Opposing Judah is New York, Jewish pugilist, Seldin, who has been feared as one of the hardest punching Super Lightweight fighters. Seldin was one of the hottest prospects in NY and in 2017 he became the third ever fighter to make back-to-back featured appearances on HBO, alongside Hall of Famers, ROY JONES JR. and MIKE TYSON.
Seldin knows the kind of benefits that will come if he can add a victory against a world known fighter like Judah.
The co-feature bout, between undefeated Frenchman, DAVID PAPOT (22-0 3KO's), currently rated #8 by the WBA and veteran JAMES "BUDDY" McGIRT JR. (27-3-1 14KO's), will be for the vacant WBA Intercontinental and WBO International Middleweight Titles.
A win for either fighter will be a major step towards a future world title challenge. Papot, the current French Super Welterweight Champion, will be making his United States debut, against the veteran McGirt Jr., who will be fighting in front of his father, JAMES "BUDDY" MCGIRT, as he will be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame on the same weekend.

The fighters he's beaten aren't even household names in their own household.
"Never shall innocent blood be shed. Yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river. The three shall spread their blackened wings and be the vengeful striking hammer of god."

Zab has alot of hard fights over his career. If he struggles at all tonight the state commissions need to really consider not licensing him again

Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Seldin won the first two with aggression landing to the body and running and landing flush shots catching judah being too slow at going back... Judah hurt in round 2 and had to hold for the last minute
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
In round 3 Seldin looks fatigued a little and dropped his pace... but he caught Judah with a few seconds left and made him dance
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
In round 4 Seldin starts strong but again drops pace, starts arm punching... Both fighting head against head for the last 2 minutes with Seldin grinding with mainly arm punches, missing a lot... some good rights to the body... but Judah is still in good shape stamina wise and looking to time counter right hooks and huge left uppercuts... he landed a perfect one in round 4.
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Is this in the living room?
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
In round 5 Seldin caught judah with a big right to the head and gain a few seconds later... both hurt him and had Judah on shaky legs a little... But Seldin can't get him down or out and Zab looks ready for big counters as Seldin will most likely be arm punching in the later rounds... Seldin also has a mouse under his right eye.
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Round 6 Judah started to stick and move a little more and counter more efficiently. both weren't as active as in previous rounds, Seldin more noticeably.
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Seldin dominated round 7 with quantity... mostly arm punches and boxed with the lead hand only in the first minute... but it was constant... probbaly 100 punches thrown by him in this round
Judah did shit
Monte Barrett on the color commentating

Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Seldin wins round 8 with quantity again... Judah landed a big shot late and Seldin then did the same.
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Still going to be interesting late because Zab looks relatively fresh and Cletus just keeps coming forward, easy to time and ahas less and less pop on those arm punches
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Easy round for Seldin in the 9th... he just kept grinding on the inside... nothing with KD or KO pop but constant work.
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Zab finally trying some BIG counters on Seldin... would prob sting him but he missed most of them and Seldin probably won this one again on activity
Re: Cletus Seldin vs. Zab Judah •NOW LIVE•
Judah stopped in round 11... mouth bloodied... Seldin caught him flush, made him dance and went all out for the TKO
