I can imagine them doing on-off shows once or twice in the next 2-3 years, and then maybe resurrecting the show around 2022.

Fighters are signed to exclusive networks/platforms now. That's why their last broadcast was a low budget women's card. It's not worth spending money to air low budget fights that no one is going to watch. They're done for good.

It all depends on their future program directors. If they want to get back into it and they think they can make money they will.

Right now the chances are only slightly-above-zero.

I don't see them getting into MMA, no major promotion for them to work with.

UFC is signed with ESPN, Bellator is with Paramount and DAZN, PFL is with NBC, Combate Americas is with DAZN. One has it's own str3aming app and just signed a deal with Turner Sports, LFA is with AXS, the only big one that doesn't have a deal in place is Rizin but I don't see that happeneing. Other then that it's more regional promotions.

Not anytime soon, and by the time they did try to get back in the game they'll have lost all their major talent and the magic behind the scenes that made it work so well.

Basically they've slit their wrists when it comes to boxing.

I think chances are higher we'll see HBO cease to exist altogether than we'll see HBO Boxing return. Cable channels in general are going to find it increasingly hard to survive with all the str3aming services taking over the TV/Movie watching business.
