Wlad. Fury's never been a compelling fighter for me, just another loudmouthed shithead.

Its hard to root for a guy who holds so much.

I like Wlad better than Fury, by a lot BUT in this case I'd like to see Fury win and Wlad retire. It's just time to move on and make some really interesting fights in the division.

Wladimir. That putrid, lethargic, uninspired effort he put up against Fury in their first fight was so bad it makes us question the last decade of his career. He needs to erase that image from the memories of fans.

Wlad....regain the title then retire

Yeah, I agree. It was just like seeing Ali lose to Larry Holmes....clearly The Greatest was just smoke and mirrors until he was exposed as an old man.DSuperman25 wrote:Wladimir. It's better for the sport if Fury wins and maintains the form he was in during the first Wlad fight. I think he's probably been getting fat and drunk all the time since then though, should be interesting to see what kind of shape he turns up in.

Wladimir.
I hope he wins, then retires.

Neither, I just want to see a good fight.
The fighters he's beaten aren't even household names in their own household.

Fury. I've seen enough of Wlad and maybe a second loss will entice the more exciting and imo superior Klitschko into avenging his brother's honor as he always has.

Only way Vitali comes out of retirement is if Fury KTFO Wladimir. Another stinker of a fight in the rematch would only prompt retirement.NoPropaganda 253 wrote:Fury. Fury... I think the dude is hilarious and he's vulnerable. I really think that the heavyweight division is more interesting with Fury as champion than Wlad - even though I don't dislike Wlad.

Could be Supermane but Vitali seems to have a very protective instinct about his lil bro. Consecutive losses to the same loud mouth man may do the trick.DSuperman25 wrote:Only way Vitali comes out of retirement is if Fury KTFO Wladimir. These dudes were throwing/landing 3-4 punches a round. Vitali can't protect Wladimir from the scorecardsNoPropaganda 253 wrote:Could be Supermane but Vitali seems to have a very protective instinct about his lil bro. Ya the action was horrid. Who knows, maybe we see offensive Wlad from the early years. I don't see Fury changing his fight plan. Bunch of feints, movement and wait to counter while occasionally tossing out a jab or two and racking up the rounds.
Actually more interested in the Martin/Joshua fight tomorrow along with the Povetkin/Wilder scrap. Heavyweight division finally has a pulse.

Now we're talking. I told you Deontay wasn't just gonna give up his WBC belt. He loves that thing.NoPropaganda 253 wrote:Ya the action was horrid. Fury. I don't think Wlad can win a decision, if he still has it he'll need to rekindle some of the aggression he showed earlier in his career.

Re: Who are you rooting for: Wlad or Fury?
Neither but I want Fury to win for the future of the division. Bring on Wilder, Joshua, Povetkin, all of them. I want to see some good heavyweight fights.
If you know the enemy and know yourself you need not fear the results of a hundred battles.
