Vegan Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients:

2 large Portobello Mushrooms washed, stem removed
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 each premium hamburger buns toasted

Procedure:

In a large bowl combine everything except mushrooms and buns then mix well.
Coat Portobello Mushrooms with marinade completly and marinate for at least 1/2 hour prior to cooking.
Heat grill on medium high heat and grill mushrooms about 7 minutes per side, toast buns on grill and assemble portobello mushroom burger sandwiches with your favorite toppings and serve immediately... And as always, happy cooking!
