Christmas "Slow cooked Italian Beef"

Post by BIGBrandon2785 »

This recipe is about the easiest ive ever done.

-1 crock pot
-2 big beef shoulder roasts (seasoned with salt and pepper)
-3 packets of dry Italian dressing
-1 1/2 large white onion (or 2 regular big onions)
-I big can of peperoncini
-3 carrots
-2 24oz beers (Budweiser) is my pick.

1.Get out your crock pot
2.Add the beef, dry dressing and Budweiser(mix in dry dressing)
3.Set to High
4.Chop and wash the onion, peperoncini and carrots
5.Add onion, peperoncini and carrots to crock pot.
6.Cook on HIGH for 10-12 hours, then on low until serving time.

Serve with different breads and cheeses,lol.............Its that easy, lol

i had a party on GSP's comeback night... i had lots of shake (crumbled stuff at the bottom of each 1/2 pound bags...)

made butter with that and made cookies for the party... everyone was stoned like hell lol

Really fun night, gave everyone the supplementary kick to make it a little more decadent

do you do the brownies form scratch or you just use a box like betty crocker type of stuff?

That's the best way to use that stuff and it really depends how ambitious I am to make scratch brownies... LOL But mostly I use the box mix for brownies because I make like 6-8 boxes at a time and give the brownies away as gifts to friends.... You definitely get higher longer when you eat it than if you smoke it..... 8)
