Homemade Apple Sauce...

Post by wimpy »

Easy and beats anything from the store.

Peel, slice them. Add to a pot with a little bit of water. Simmer until apples are soft. Smash them up (we like it chunky). Add cinnamon and sugar to taste.

mine is more of a jelly

boil tiny apples you smashed (don;t know how you guys call them) with a few spice (usualy spicy like cayenne pepper) and then remove all solids, and add certo (gelatine) to make it solid...

makes a solid jelly great with pork!
