A very tasty burger you can make on the grill or in a skillet...
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 1/3 pound fresh ground Chuck beef formed into a Patty
1 very thick slice aged provolone cheese
1 very thick slice of Deli Ham
1 thin slice tomato
1 thin slice red onion
1 thin lengthwise slice dill pickle
1 hamburger bun, split and toasted
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In small bowl stir together orange juice, paprika, cumin and garlic. Brush on both sides of burger.
2. Grill burger to desired temp (155 degrees is safest but I like mine around 140), then heat ham on both sides
3. Add cheese to melt
4. Serve burger, ham cheese, tomato, onion and pickle in bun.
As always, happy cooking!

Nice. I love burgers (who doesn't) - so I try to have one from as many places as I can. My favorite I've had are from Hecks Cafe in Cleveland ( http://www.heckscafe.com/1070797.html ). Hecks has amazing fresh-cut fries as well.
And Food Network Chef Mike Symon also has a restaurant here called B-Spot Burgers that have some good concepts and great tasting burgers (Website: http://www.bspotburgers.com/menu/ ). I don't think they're as good as Hecks but B-Spot was voted the best burgers in Cleveland.
