Mine gotta be ribs.Nothing better than the complements I get after my family and friends come over for a Q.(And the ribs is pretty damn good too :lol: )

I grilled Shrimp last Friday w/ melted garlic butter to dip and a squeeze of lemon....We had the grilled shrimp with a nice Romaine salad and garlic toast points.... Just marinated the peeled and deveined shrimp with a little olive oil fresh minced garlic , salt and pepper..... Grill the shrimp on medium high heat 3-4 minutes each side..... Awesome!!!

Just about anything. I've got my grilled pizza pretty well down and it is delicious.

Chefs marinated grilled chicken is great! Nothing beats a really good burger on the grill.

Boneless chicken thighs. They are juicer than breasts.
I gotta invest in a cedar plank for the salmon. That sounds really good.
