Potatoes...

Post by BG Mets31 »

I bough a bag of them a few weeks ago to make some beef stew. I have a bunch left, wtf should I do with them?

I'm only one person so I don't want to make a massive batch of mashed potatoes and have to be stuck with that.

The beef stew was good because I froze some of it in containers and had it whenever I wanted. Other things I could freeze would be great.

Going use the Daktoritang recipe I posted tomorrow, but that's only like one potato...what else ,again, if I can freeze it that's great.

Layer them in newpapers and keep them cool like in a basement or garage. It should make them last for even a couple months during the winter. You may just be able to freeze them.
