20 Minute Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein

I friend's wife, from work, made this for us. I'm not a huge Asian food type but this is an excellent recipe.
She cut the beef into bite sized pieces.

Looks really good and I'll bet it tastes good too... Most working families will like the brief preparation time to make dinner too... Thanks for sharing wimpy!

Ingredients just been bought, stay tuned!
Oh but couldn't find LO MEIN noodles... bought Chow Mein noodles and have old grain spaghetti i might use instead
shallots and sesame seeds aren'T listed... but clealry in the receipe

Not bad at all! The good old sweet and salty duality with some garlic and heat. Used lots of fresh ginger too

Yeah I made it last week. Although I didn't follow the recipe exactly and I didn't measure anything. I used stuff I had on hand.
I didn't have any hoisin sauce, so I improvised and mixed brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and pineapple juice. I used dry spaghetti noodles.
I had fresh ginger, garlic, sesame oil, crushed pepper flakes, and soy sauce.
it was still pretty good.
