Yes sir, I'm a native San Franciscan and my favorite Dim Sum from back in the day was at the Empress of China restaurant in China Town it used to be amazing..... I heard they changed owners and the place sucks now.... Anyways, you can still find some amazing Chinese food in China Town SF.... I also, had some awesome Dim Sum at a restaurant in NYC China Town and I was glad I was not paying that bill..... Very good but very, very expensive.....
