My sister dropped in for a few weeks from Wyoming. Turned me onto some elk steaks that she brought with her. Just grilled some and this stuff is pretty good. I marinated it overnight with a garlic black pepper blend and put a lil kick to the BBQ sauce ala good ole Chalula.
Anybody else try this?
