A whole Turkey on a charcoal BBQ can be awesome if it's done right.

Yeah I've done it on the weber a couple of times. The best one I did was actually a turkey roll.

I've BBQ'd a few turkeys on a charcoal BBQ. They turned out awesome.

Yes, if done properly its fantastic. I did a whole turkey where I injected it with a Cajun Sauce. I think you could smell it all over the block
