What alcoholic beverages do you enjoy? What have you not tried that you would like to try?

If asked what I like, well, I guess the answer is EVERYTHING!

But I do love good red wine, I love classic Martinis, I love Scotch and Soda, Rum and Coke, Rye and Coke, Vodka Tonic, Gin and Tonic - you name it!

But I really love a well made, piercingly cold Gin Martini.

You sound cool as hell man, I want to part witchew.... LOL Seriously, I used to drink a lot of different kinds of beers both imports and domestics but mostly just beers.... But now I drink a lot less but still enjoy a nice piercingly cold Gin Martini too only I use Vodka..... On this forum we have a lot of recipes that use wine and some good food/wine pairings too..... Please feel free to post any recipes for food or drink here, oh and welcome to the board.....

Beer any and all kinds. I am on a huge sour beer kick at the moment.

If I go with something else, I usually get a mojito or a margarita.

I also enjoy nice crisp, tart, white wines.

Coors Banquet Beer in the BOTTLES only ( none of that light cr@p ) excellent casual drinking beer

Guinness Stout - the head on that beer is like beer caramel paradise

Any good Scotch on a pile of ice with club soda. Heavy on the scotch, light on the soda

Rum and soda pop over a lot of ice. Light splash of rum on a warm day really refreshes without intoxicating.

Any good red table wine. Not the kind that makes you pucker ( ie Cabernet) but more the dessert variety like a rosato or rose . Squeeze a little fresh fruit juice in it and throw in some slices of apple and orange and we are in business.

All I need is a good cigar

nothing like a Weiss beer with a slice of lemon wedged at the bottom of the glass. Just watching the beer effervesce through the lemon at the bottom gives me goose pimples

Euro-mutt. No German that I'm aware of. Any Leiny's are Wisconsin brews -though probably of German ancestry. Another good Belgian brew is called Delerium Tremens.

Just a hunch, no harm no foul but any fan of spaetzel must have a little "G" in the bloodline

The glass bottles of Groelsch with the ceramic flip tops and oil cans of Foster's got me through my long train ride commutes home from college each night ! ( with a brown bag of course )

I'm a huge beer guy, right now I prefer imperial IPA's but I usually buy a different six pack every money and sip on a beer or two each night.

I also love white Russians and on the weekends you can find me at the local bar throwing down a few rum and cokes.
