A Great Friend

John could never be replaced...one of a kind. I wish I would've told him then how much I respected him...last year was one of the most difficult for me...especially towards the end....wish I had half his strentgh........never stopped swinging....a role model if there ever was one...we lost one of the great fellas....again....one of a kind.

Man this is crazy I didnt even notice the sticky until I saw this thread Man this is truly horrible even though me and scap were not close on a personal level he has been a huge part of all of us and this board. When we were acting rowdy and being complete idiots Scap was always there to maintain order and make us think of what we were saying.

When a Boxer dies we feel it through the boxing family and today we are all feeling it together here with our TTR family. My sincere thoughts are with his fmaily just remember the good times and be at peace knowing you knew one heck of an individual. RIP Scap heaven needed someone like you and he can now feel the prescence of a great human being, father and brother to all of us.

You know I've been starting my career and haven't had a chance to contribute to the board. I am truly saddened to see this, John always had a way of putting things in perspective. A late RIP.

well it's midnight here and today John left us... There is boxing, TTR, the banter... but above all that, what john makes me realize is that there is the chance of getting to know good human beings like John which is a rarity these days... I truly miss John and it's unfortunate we can't share our boxing passion anymore. TTR is not the same without John. That is my take on it anyway
