To make it worse, Chacon's only win over a fighter with a winning record came on August 3, 2019 when he outpointed former contender Freddy Beleno over 10 rounds. It was Beleno's 20th consecutive defeat as his record dropped to 26-24.
Why, why, why is Chacon ranked #7 by the IBF and #8 by the WBA?
