WBO International champion Alexander Povetkin (WBA #2, TTR #4, The Ring #4, WBO #6, IBF #11; 33-1, 23 KOs)

Christian Hammer (WBO #1, WBA #3, IBF #5, Transnational #8, TTR #11; 22-5, 12 KOs)
- Povetkin's WBA Continental title and Hammer's WBO Europe title were not on the line.
- The scores were 120-108, 119-109, and 120-107.
- Note: on December 12, Tyson Fury accepted a backdated two-year ban for testing positive for the banned substance nandrolone. One of the provisions of the ban was that Fury was disqualified from his February 28, 2015 win over Christian Hammer. It has not yet been announced what the official result of the Fury-Hammer bout will be- a No Contest, a No Decision, or disqualification win for Hammer.

I think it's the length of the season...

Half a year is alot to ask.
Maybe still have this as a challenge but maybe a shorter challenge can be added...

Or tournament style challenges where people make picks and the points decide the head to head winners... and people move on to the next match up... etc

With the NCAA tournament coming up... people will be into knockout style tournaments... or hell even round robins... treat it like a football season... where a people go head to head against each other each week... picks deciding the score and the winner.

Kinda a fantasy boxing type of thing.

i think with the same format things will end up the same once people feel they are out of the range of winning. They'll just quit.

The money would catch peoples attention, but after it's paid, it'll just go back to what it's been.
