RESULTS and POINTS BREAKDOWN:

Fight #1- WBC World Bantamweight Title-

- Yamanaka scored a flash knockdown in the second round.
- Solis decked Yamanaka twice in the third round.
- Yamanaka recovered and took control. He was leading 77-72 on each of the judges' cards after the eighth round.
- The defending champion floored Solis in the ninth. He then won the next three rounds on all three of the judges' cards to retain his title by three 117-107 scores.
- Yamanaka is now 11-0 in world title bouts and 6-0 versus fighters who have held world titles.
