Re: TTR Challenge #22- Week 2
As I explained to you before, Klitschko-Fury is the last Superfight of TTR Superfights Challenge #8 and, as such, was listed as a future Bonus Fight from before the time you took over the Challenge.RASTA666 wrote:I'm only going to say this one more time. There is no bonus fight this week so quit editing. These are my rules and I've already explained them. Do it again and I quit!!
You're free to discontinue Bonus Fights as of Week #3.
Do us both a favor and familiarize yourself with the existing rules. You're free to change any of them but please do so before implementing an action that conflicts with what has already been established.
For instance, De La Hoya-Delgado didn't really qualify as a Challenge bout for Week #1 when there were other fights which did such as Lara-Zaveck, which should have been part of Week #1 not Week #2, and Menayothin-Bae.
Unless you're looking to get out of the commitment you made and are going to use Klitschko-Fury as a flimsy excuse, let logic prevail.
When Bonus Fights and Jeopardy Fights were first introduced, what was a Bonus Fight then was very different from what a Bonus Fight has been in recent years. Superfights, for a period of time, were restricted to the Superfights Challenge. Your predecessor, marciano1952, wanted them used in the Challenge again so, to restore them, the rule regarding Bonus Fights was changed and fights from the Superfights Challenge were brought back as the Bonus Fights. Strip away that status and the links between the Challenges and, without a specific rule change, we go back to fights being available to one Challenge each- that is a fight in the Superfight Challenge cannot be used in the regular and/or Supplementary Challenges and a fight in the regular Challenge cannot be used in the Supplementary Challenge (if that Challenge is ever brought back from its current dormant state).
A lot of work and a lot of thought and effort has been put into the Challenges by DKim, by me, by marciano1952, and by those who voluntarily helped us out, jskhosa, stenchasaurous, and straycat. Recognize that and there should be no problems.
