I never saw this one until last night, but I finally got around to watching it, and scored it. I personally didn't see it as all that controversial really. The early rounds were all nip and tuck, and could've gone either way. I scored the first 2 rounds to Tito who landed maybe 1 or 2 more punches than Oscar did in those rounds. Oscar did an excellent job of outboxing him in Rounds 3 through 7. I thought Tito edged the 8th ever so slightly. Oscar did a good job in the 9th particularly with body work at the beginning of the round, the work he did throughout was enough to give him the round, but from there he began to coast, and gave the final 3 rounds away through his inactivity.
Ultimately I had it 114-114 a draw, and considering Tito swept the last 3 rounds I can't say I'm too surprised he got the official nod.

I saw it for the first time as well. Not a good fight and i didnt see it as a huge robbery either
Re: Felix Trinidad vs Oscar De La Hoya
I thought it was a robbery. Oscar gave away the last 3 rounds but before that I didn't see even one clear round for Trinidad

The early rounds aren't exactly clear for anybody.

One guy didn't wanna fight, and the other guy was damned glad about it.
