It is also missing four of Salinas' victories: his 12/3/16 TKO over Ariel Arnaldo Olivera, his 12/1/18 KO-1 over Lautaro Martin Gonzalez, his 10/30/21 TKO-2 over Maximilano Hernan Robledo, and his 11/27/21 TKO-1 over Valentin Rodrigo Romero.

McKinson was originally scheduled to fight Vergil Ortiz, Jr. (TTR #4, Transnational Boxing Rankings Board #4, The Ring #5; 18-0, 18 KOs) but Ortiz was forced to withdraw after being diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, a breakdown of muscle tissue that releases myoglobin into the blood. Juan Carlos Salgado (27-9-1, 1 NC, 16 KOs) was signed as a replacement but was not approved by the California State Athletic Commission due to his inactivity. (Salgado last fought on June 23, 2018 when he was knocked out by Ortiz). Ricky Perez (Jesus Antonio Perez Campos; 24-3, 18 KOs) was then signed and was approved by the CSAC. However, Perez was dropped after showing up weighing nearly 30 pounds over the welterweight limit. That led to CSAC-acceptable and in-shape Martin being signed.
- McKinson weighed in at 146; Martin at 147.
- McKinson won by the scores of 97-93, 98-92, and 99-91.

The condition the battered Yabuki was in when he rose from the canvas left referee Michiaki Someya with no choice but to stop the bout.

BOUTS FEATURING FIGHTERS NOT CURRENTLY RANKED BY TTR WHICH MAY IMPACT TTR'S RANKINGS:

Saturday, March 19, 2022-

Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia-

Billy Dib (48-6, 2 NCs, 27 KOs)
DQ-6

- Ng was disqualified for body-slamming the 36-year-old Dib in the sixth round.

TKO-2 2:23

Los Angeles, California, USA-

Welterweight Bout-
Michael McKinson (22-0, 2 K0s)
Unan. Dec. 10
Alex Martin (17-4, 6 KOs)
- Martin was a late substitute. He was literally a substitute for a substitute for a substitute.

Welterweight Bout-
Alexis Rocha (19-1, 13 KOs)
KO-9 0:44
Blair Cobbs (15-1-1, 10 KOs)
- Rocha dropped Cobbs in round 8 and continued to batter Cobbs in round 9. Referee Rudy Barragan wisely stopped the contest.
- Rocha was awarded a KO victory under California State Athletic Commission rules.

Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico-

Junior Welterweight Bout-
Pedro Campa (34-1-1, 23 KOs)
TKO-3
Carlos "Tiburon" Sanchez (22-1, 18 KOs)
- Campa dropped Sanchez in round 2.
- Sanchez came out for the third round but informed the referee that he had hurt his wrist during the knockdown and could not continue.

Sunday, March 20, 2022-

Misamis Oriental, Philippines-

Strawweight Bout-
Marco John Rementizo (13-3, 10 KOs)
KO-2
Jerry Tomogdan (29-12-4, 15 KOs)
- This was Rementizo's first bout since his TKO-8 win over Crison Omayao on January 19, 2020 and Tomogdan's first since his KO-1 loss to Petchmanee CP Freshmart (birth name: Panya Pradabsri) on December 20, 2019.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam-

Strawweight Bout-
Huu-Toan Le (4-0, 2 KOs)
Unan. Dec. 12
Kitidech Hirunsuk (8-1, 5 KOs)
- The scores were 115-113, 116-112, and 116-112.
- Le won the vacant WBA Asia minimumweight title.

Wednesday, March 23, 2022-

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia-

Junior Lightweight Bout-
Paul Fleming (28-0-1, 18 KOs)
Unan. Dec. 10
Jackson Jon England (13-2, 8 KOs)
- This bout was fought for England's WBC Asian Boxing Council Asia super featherweight title and for the vacant WBA Oceania and vacant IBO Intercontinental super featherweight titles, and the vacant IBF Pan Pacific junior lightweight title.
- Fleming, 2008 Olympian, was knocked down in the second round. He beat the count, recovered, and went on to win by the scores of 95-94, 95-94, and 97-92.
