- Andrade was fighting for the first time since his TKO-2 win over Jason Quigley on November 19, 2021.
- Andrade scored knockdowns in the second and tenth rounds and went on to unanimously outpoint Nicholson by three 100-88 scores.

Otherwise, it would be, and was, declared a No-Decision under ABC rules.
