Editor's Notes:
- #2 ranked Ryan Garcia last fought at or under the junior welterweight limit on April 22, 2023 when he was knocked out in the 7th round by Gervonta Davis. Since then he weighed in at 143 for his December 2, 2023 KO-8 win over Oscar Duarte and 143 1/4 for his MD 12 win over then #1, now #3 ranked Devin Haney.
- #7 ranked Sean McComb, who lost by a controversial split decision to then #4, now #10 ranked Arnold Barboza, Jr. on April 20, 2024, is ranked above Barboza because the TBRB deemed the verdict a robbery.
