- #3 ranked Hiroto Kyoguchi announced on July 23, 2018 that he was going to vacate the IBF World mini-flyweight title and move up to the junior flyweight division. He has since relinquished the title and is now ranked #2 at 108 by the WBA, #3 at 108 by the WBC, and #5 at 108 by the IBF.
