The Transnational Boxing Rankings Board's latest rankings- those based on fights held through July 15, 2018- were posted on the TBRB's website July 17, 2018. There ere changes in the Top Tens for the super middleweight, welterweight, junior welterweight, flyweight, junior flyweight, and strawweight divisions.

After vacating the WBA Fedelatin welterweight title, he weighed in at 156 for his TKO-6 win over Adrian Jose Perez Aparicio on November 18, 2017 and weighed in at 149 3/4 for his most recent bout, a UD 10 win over Alejandro Barrera on May 12, 2018. He is ranked #4 at 154 by the WBA and #10 at 147 by the IBF.
