On Saturday, April 28, nine fighters ranked by the participating members of TTR as being among the best currently fighting in their respective weight classes were in action. Six, Arthur Abraham, Daniel Jacobs, Jarrell Miller, Isaac Dogboe, Anthony Dirrell, and Felix Alvarado, added wins to their ledgers while three, Maciej Sulecki, Johann Duhaupas, and Jessie Magdaleno, had losses added to theirs.

- Meneses, a former contender who once unsuccessfully challenged for the WBA World minimumweight title when it was held by Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez, retired in his corner and did not come out for the fourth round. He has now lost 7 of his last 8 bouts.
- Note: Claude Vesque of BoxRec noted that the result was "RTD-3 3:00" while Gustavo Jarquin, also of BoxRec, who is a judge, supervisor, and inspector for the Comision Nicaraguense de Boxeo Profesional and who served as a judge for the Alvarado-Meneses bout, posted the result as "TKO-4 0:10".
