During the two-day period of Friday November 17 and Saturday, November 18, seven boxers ranked by the participating members of TTR as being among the best currently fighting in their respective weight classes were in action. All seven, Tetsuya Hisada, Anthony Dirrell, Nathaniel Gallimore, Jerwin Ancajas, Zolani Tete, Carl Frampton, and Julian Williams, were victorious.

- Dirrell was cut badly by an accidental clash of heads in round 6. Earlier in the round, Douglin was penalized one point for throwing Dirrell to the canvas.
- The scores were based on the five completed rounds thus the point deduction did not figure into the scoring. Dirrell won by the scores of 48-47, 48-47, and 49-46.

- Six seconds into the fight, the southpaw Tete knocked Gonya down with the first punch he threw- a ferocious right hook. Referee Phil Edwards started to count but saw there was no way Gonya was going to make it to his feet before he reached ten. He waved it off at the 11 second mark!
