TTR's Posters' Pound-For-Pound and divisional rankings based on fight results through Tuesday, January 31, 2017 were compiled and posted on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. There were changes in the Pound-For-Pound rankings and in the rankings for eight of the seventeen weight classes including new #1 contenders for three of those divisions.

Note: #8 ranked Felix Sturm's "A" sample tested positive for stanzolol after his February 20, 2016 win over #9 ranked Fedor Chudinov. Sturm's "B" sample was to have been opened on October 12, 2016 however Sturm vacated the WBA World super championship on October 5 citing an elbow injury. It was announced on November 11, 2016 that Sturm's "B" sample also tested positive. A criminal investigation into the matter is ongoing.
