During the two-day period of Friday, January 20 and Saturday, January 21, four bouts featuring fighters not currently ranked by TTR which may impact TTR's rankings in the near future took place. Danny Roman, Rob Brant, Cedric Vitu, and Jack Arnfield were the winners of those contests.

- Roman floored Lopez twice in round 4.
- After the completion of the ninth round, Lopez' trainer Ronnie Shields advised referee Harvey Dock to stop the bout.
- Scoring the bout for TTR's Main Page, I had Roman ahead 89-80 after nine rounds.
