Editor's notes:
- #8 ranked John Riel Casimero has announced he can no longer make the flyweight limit. He was scheduled to fight for the IBF World junior bantamweight title on December 18, 2015 but that bout has been postponed until 2016.
- #10 ranked Suguru Murunaka, who entered the TBRB's rankings on October 27, 2015, failed to make the flyweight limit, weighing in at 114 3/4, for his defense of the Japanese title on April 8, 2015. As a result, he was stripped of the Japanese title. He went on to outpoint Tetsuma Hayashi in the April 8 bout in which the vacant title was available to Hayashi only. Since then, Murunaka again failed to make weight on October 1 resulting in his October 2 junior bantamweight bout with Hideyuki Watanabe being canceled.
