Three, Kazuto Ioka, Ryo Miyazaki, and Wanheng Menayothin, were victorious while two, Akira Yaegashi (who was lost a close fight to Ioka) and Kaizer Mabuza, suffered defeats.

- The scores were 115-114, 115-113, and 115-113.
- Ioka, 23, was making his third defense of the WBC world strawweight title while the 29-year-old Yaegashi was making his first defense of the WBA world minimumweight title.
- By unifying the titles, WBC champ Ioka also becomes the WBA world super champion and the WBA's "regular" world title becomes vacant.

- This was the 23-year-old Miyazaki's fourth successful defense of the OPBF title.
- Landero, 25, ranked #13 at 108 by the OPBF, was a late substitute. Miyazaki was originally scheduled to defend against South Korean champion Myung-Koo Yuh (10-4-1, 5 KOs).

- Mabuza took the fight when Allakhverdiev's original opponent, Kendall Holt (IBF #5, WBO #5; 28-5, 16 KOs), encountered visa problems. (Note: Mabuza stopped Holt in 6 in an IBF eliminator on February 27, 2010.)
- Allakhverdiev, whose WBA FEDELATIN title was not on the line and who is ranked #26 by the IBO, floored Mabuza in the first and fourth rounds.

- The Menayothin-Lombok bout was on the undercard of the WBC Youth World strawweight title bout between Knockout CP Freshmart and Marzon Cabilla. The debuting CP Freshmart (1-0) won a 6-round technical decision over Cabilla who slipped to 9-7 with 4 wins by knockout.
